School is OPEN. We are aware that more high winds are due on Thursday night which may cause further damage to local infastructure that has already been comprimised. We will keep the community informed on the school's operation via email, text and this website.
Vector are listing this as the main fault in the area though they have been informed of the issues specific to the school.

We are in the process of changing our way of receiving payments, in order to reduce cash handling.

The Kowhai Intermediate Board of Trustees is in the process of amending its enrolment scheme as directed by the Ministry of Education Under section 11M(1) of the Education Act 1989.
To avoid overcrowding it is proposed the zone will be amended to exclude the Unitech area. The map and description is below.

It is time for families with year 8 students to start considering which high school they would like to attend.
