Kowhai has spacious and attractive grounds and the Board is committed to retaining these wide open spaces. A new administration and library block was opened in 2004 and eight classrooms were enlarged to provide more flexible spaces. There are 18 classrooms, a music room, Pasifika room, four technology rooms, a computer suite, canteen, dental clinic and large school hall. 2008 saw the completion of our new adventure playground and the continuing development of the new swimming complex.
